Association of Manitoba Hydro Staff and Supervisory Employees

AMHSSE represents you.

We stand up for Manitoba Hydro workers in supervisory roles, and technical staff who aren't covered in other collective agreements. 

All those employees of Manitoba Hydro within the Province of Manitoba with the exception of the following:

  1. Those persons who are not within the definition of "employee" as defined in Section l(k) of the Manitoba Labour Relations Act

  2. Professional employees as defined in Section l(t) of the manitoba Labour Relations Act.

  3. Those employees within the scope of the Manitoba Hydro Employees Association Bargaining Unit as defined in Certificate No. MLB-982.

  4. Those employees within the scope of Local 2034, international Brotherhood of Electrical Workers bargaining unit as defined in Certificate No. MLB-907."

Those working in supervisory, technical and management roles need adequate representation and advocacy to ensure that all employees receive fair treatment and compensation.
